Ms. Aiello is excited and honored to return to Hutchison Elementary as principal. She looks forward to maintaining and advancing the academic success as well as embracing the community’s commitment to education.

I am excited to be a part of the Hutchison community and serve as your assistant principal! I started my teaching career in FCPS as a 4^th grade special education teacher. I have held various leadership roles since then including Special Education Department Chair and SOAR Program Site Director. I am a firm believer in partnering with our families and community to best meet the needs of all students. I look forward to working with our staff, families, and students this school year!

I am very excited to be a part of the Hutchison Eagle family this year.  I am coming to you with diverse experiences from multiple schools and division-wide teams.  As a result of my experiences, I bring knowledge and energy to share with you, our students, families and partnerships.

I am so excited to join the Hutchison family as one of your assistant principals!  This is my 20^th year in education and my first in FCPS.  Prior to becoming an assistant principal I taught fourth and fifth grades, gifted resource, and spent the last five years as a grade-level dean at Simpson Middle School in LCPS.  I believe in positive relationships, clear communication, and high expectations for all students.  I can’t wait to get to know the Hutchison community better and am looking forward to a great first year as an Eagle!
