Ms. Aiello is excited and honored to return to Hutchison Elementary as principal. She looks forward to maintaining and advancing the academic success as well as embracing the community’s commitment to education.
I am thrilled to be serving as an Assistant Principal at Hutchison Elementary. Prior to becoming an Assistant Principal at Hutchison during the 2018-19 school year, I served as a District Director for AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) as well as a Dean of Students in Manassas City Public Schools. I began my teaching career in Fairfax County Public Schools where I taught Health and Physical Education for 7 years. Long before I began a career in education, I grew up in Herndon and attended both Herndon Middle and Herndon High School.
I believe that all students can achieve high levels of success. It is also my belief that families must partner with teachers to support students and encourage them to fulfil their aspirations. I am looking forward to continuing to serve the Hutchison Community. Your child’s learning experience will be my focus each day.
I am excited to be a part of the Hutchison community and serve as your assistant principal! I started my teaching career in FCPS as a 4th grade special education teacher. I have held various leadership roles since then including Special Education Department Chair and SOAR Program Site Director. I am a firm believer in partnering with our families and community to best meet the needs of all students. I look forward to working with our staff, families, and students this school year!
I am very excited to be a part of the Hutchison Eagle family this year. I am coming to you with diverse experiences from multiple schools and division-wide teams. As a result of my experiences, I bring knowledge and energy to share with you, our students, families and partnerships.
I am looking forward to working together to have a successful school year.
